An updated version the Thinkware F750—a 2015 CES Innovation Award Honoree—the F770 is less imposing and easier to use than its predecessor. It not only features a slimmer form factor but also a new matte black look, larger buttons, and a wire management flap. And thanks to the new Super Night Vision mode, it automatically corrects images recorded at night, while a Time Lapse function extends parked recording hours. Plus, both its front- and rear-facing (not included) cameras record in full 1080p HD to ensure crisp video—smart focusing, noise reduction, and auto-exposure technology further enhance image quality. You can even configure settings and watch the dash cam’s video playback via smartphone over Wi-Fi or by using the desktop viewer for PC and Mac.

Stay Safe & Prepared

To prevent accidents, the Thinkware F770 features a Road Safety Warning System that alerts drivers when they veer out of lane or come too close to other vehicles. It’s also equipped with technology to audibly warn you when approaching nearby speed cameras and traffic enforcement cameras. To ensure quality, all dash cams have been rigorously tested to pass 144 different quality tests.

Recording Modes For Any Situation

When you start your engine, the dash cam automatically records in 1-minute increments with an auto-looping mechanism. When parked, it switches to Parking Surveillance Mode, which uses motion-sensing technology to protect your vehicle from hit-and-runs. Incident Recording detects impact and automatically records 10 seconds prior to and after impact, while Dual-Save technology saves the recorded footage on both the memory card and the built-in internal memory to protect against loss of data after a severe crash. If you see something crazy or unexpected taking place, you can use Manual Recording to record it yourself, too.
